Well-stocked eat-in kitchen including:

• Extensive set of cookware, dishes, glassware and cutlery
• Lobster boil equipment with oversize pot, shell crackers and platters
• Microwave, kettle, coffee maker and indoor grill
• Stocked with basic assortment of spices, black tea and sugar

Indoor & Outdoor living:

• Spacious deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs
• BBQ with utensils
• Large, screened-in porch featuring second table and seating
• Rocking chairs and sofa
• Fire pit
• Air conditioning (mini-split)

Sleeping for 5 + 2 including:

• Master bedroom with queen bed
• Bedroom with double bed
• Bedroom with single bed
• Plus, 1 sofa-bed to accommodate an additional 2 people
• Linens for all beds

Bathroom and laundry facilities:

• 3-piece bath
• Full set of towels and linens for up to 8 guests
• Beach towels available for your stay
• Washer, dryer and clothesline, with detergent provided

Entertainment to complement your cottage stay:

• Sports equipment (croquet, volleyball, beach ball, etc.)
• Board games (Pictionary, Monopoly, Yahtzee, etc.), cards and crib boards for the whole family
• Curl up with a book from our take one, leave one library
• Or, retire to the living room, to watch cable TV or watch a movie on the DVD player on our comfortable sofa and La-Z-Boy recliners
